« This was the worse experience Ive ever had, broken fridge, microwave, cable tv with no signal, and a unwilling staff…every time i went to office hoping for a resolution i was told “ sorry for the inconvenience” at thats it. So I had to waste our 150$ in takeout…couldn't warm it or refrigerate it…the TV only broadcasted 3 shopping channels and no signal for everything else. This place should not be open for business…do not reserve this place!!!!! »

« The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out...

« Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…. »

« Hôtel au milieu d'un golf. Parties communes très jolie, mais chambre dans un état de délabrement très avancé. Literie usée. Traces de saletés sur les murs. Un gros morceau de métal sortait du lit, extrêmement dangereux avec des enfants. Personnel pas à l'écoute à l'accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent et la dame en salle était très agréable et serviable. Piscine glaciale donc inutilisable. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel en raison de la chambre délabrée. »

« Il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux et il n’y avait que 2 serviettes et un échantillon de shampooing dans une chambre pour 4. Cependant les installations sont neuves donc c’est propre et plus agréable par rapport à d’autres hôtels de même catégorie de prix. »
